Last week, Jared and I got the chance to explore and visit the Tuscan countryside of Italy for 3 days. It had been a little over 2 months since we last traveled outside of Rome so¬†we felt it was the perfect time for a change of scenery. Not only that, but we were overdue for some peace and quiet. Over the course of our time in Rome we have heard only great things about Tuscany from those who know Italy best, and I can confirm it’s all true. One thing I can say I love about the chillier weather here in Rome is the excuse to layer. The reason why this is a big deal to me is because after living in Miami for 4 years, I haven’t been able to play around with dressing in long sleeves and jackets until now! I didn’t bring much of a wardrobe when I moved here, so it’s nice to make it look as if I have new things by pulling out my fall/winter ensemble.
