Nowadays, the world revolves around Instagram. Let’s admit it. From where to travel to, what to wear, makeup trends, and fitness accounts to follow. You can find accounts that specialize in just about everything.
Having been an “IGer” for 5 years now, I rely heavily on a handful of fitness accounts to inform and educate me concerning all things health and fitness. I wanted to share each of these accounts with you all below in hopes that you will also find them educational.
I love that HBFIT is not only a great resource for all things fitness, but also health and beauty. Hence the name, HBFIT, which stands for Health, Beauty, Fitness as well as the founder’s initials, Hannah Bronfman (newly married Mrs. Fallis). Often I find myself coming here to find some delicious, hearty recipes that won’t leave me with guilt afterwards, as well as insider tips of some of the best fitness studios all over the country.
I have Anastasiya to thank for introducing me to the world of online workout videos. Now, I much prefer this method of working out at home in front of my computer with my “personal trainer” Anastasiya showing me what to do every step of the way. Not only do I love having her as my own virtual personal trainer, but also as a friend. Anastasiya and I met while both living in Rome and I was immediately attracted to her optimistic and open outlook on life.
I have been a follower of the Fit & Thick body positive moment for years now since living in Miami. Fit & Thick, founded by Nicole Mejia, is a women’s community that encourages us all to be in love with how our bodies were made regardless of our shape, ethnicity, weight, and size. Last year, I attended one of their Butt & Legs class and had such a good time despite it being a tough workout. They are now converting their way to reach women all over the world from in person workout classes to the Fit & Thick app so you can also workout with them in the comfort of your own home. 🙂
4. Tone It Up
This account is one of the newer ones I just started following/watching. Karena and Katrina’s workouts and energy makes me feel as if I am right there with them working out on the sunny beaches of California. They don’t lack any type of enthusiasm during their workouts and don’t be fooled by their petite figure, they really know how to make you break a sweat!
I’m so happy to have discovered Popsugar. When I need to mix things up a bit with a dance cardio workout or a fun boxing workout at home, I can just turn to Popsugar to get the job done. Their workouts are pretty hard core with a variety of different trainers on their YouTube channel, so you always feel like you get a good variety here!
So there you have it! My top 5 Instagram fitness accounts. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and follow them now, so when you see their posts on your IG feed in the morning, you will feel motivated to get a sweat sesh in right away.
